SATPAL SIDHU (Sam)
PRESIDENT
As President, Sam Sidhu works with financial institutions to originate and structure optimal financing for development projects. In addition to overseeing the finance and accounting functions, he is responsible for providing detailed financial analysis of business operations, assisting in the execution of corporate transactions, as well as cash flow budgeting and forecasting. He assists in the business development with potential investors, clients, brokers and current partners, manages the execution and coordination of the overall corporate acquisition and dispositions, and assists in the overall ongoing business plan and strategic corporate initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Management – IT degree and has years of experience in real estate development and planning.
AMRIT JHAND (Paul)
CEO
Paul Jhand manages the Development & Construction arm of WHITELAND. From site acquisition through planning, permitting, site work and construction, Paul’s role is to guide our development projects through to completion. He has overall responsibility for WHITELAND Real Estate Services and also manages all daily property management activities. He offers a broad range of expertise in leasing, acquisitions, capital projects, client relations and financial reporting. He plays a vital role in the success of our development projects. Paul has years of experience in the real estate industry and has a degree in Information Technology/Business Management.
